Ingredients: 1 lb Salmon 2 tbsp Pesto 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half Instructions: Preheat oven to 400° Line a baking dish with foil Place salmon on foil Cover with pesto Evenly layer cherry tomatoes Cover salmon with foil Bake for 15-20 minutes (depending on salmon thickness) Serve over rice or pasta
