Almond Flour Brownies


  • 5 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Butter a 9″ round pan
  3. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and eggs
  4. Once smooth add almond flour and baking powder, mix for about 5 minutes
  5. Pour batter into prepared baking pan
  6. Bake the brownies for 35-40 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  7. Let cool for about 15 minutes
  8. Goes great with ice cream on top
