Cheesy Gold Potatoes



  • 2 lbs Gold potatoes
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 4 oz Butter, melted
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 4 oz Shredded Cheese


  1. Put gold potatoes and salt into a medium pot and cover with water
  2. Boil potatoes until tender
  3. Rinse with cold water and let cool
  4. Preheat oven to 350°
  5. In a small bowl combine butter, garlic, and parsley
  6. Slice potatoes in half and place into a baking tray
  7. Pour butter mixture over potatoes evenly
  8. Layer cheese on top of potatoes
  9. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted
  10. Garnish with additional parsley, and serve
