Simple Shrimp Fajitas



  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 lbs Shrimp, peeled
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 Lime, juiced


  1. Heat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat
  2. Add shrimp, garlic salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, and cumin
  3. Once shrimp is pink, reduce heat to low
  4. Add red and yellow bell peppers, red onion, cilantro, and lime
  5. Once vegetables are softened, remove from heat
  6. Serve with Flavorful Pomegranate Guacamole and Pico De Gallo
