Shrimp Scampi Pasta



  • 8 oz Linguine Pasta
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 Lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter, over medium heat
  3. Add shrimp, garlic, and red pepper flakes
  4. Once shrimp is cooked through, stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  5. Once simmering, add lemon zest, parsley, Parmesan, and linguine pasta
  6. Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese
