Chicken Crescent Rolls

Traditional Ukrainian borsch


  • 1 cup Rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 Onion, minced
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tubes Crescent rolls


  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, onion, cream cheese, butter, milk, salt, and pepper
  3. Unroll crescents and put about 1 tbsp of stuffing onto wider side of each triangle
  4. Roll crescent ensuring that the stuffing will not leak out
  5. Place parchment paper onto large baking dish (may need two)
  6. Place crescent rolls on prepared baking dish
  7. Bake for 15 minutes
  8. Serve immediately
