Beef Crunch Wrap



  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 10 oz Nacho cheese sauce
  • 6 Burrito size tortillas
  • 6 Tostada shells
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 Lettuce head, sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Shredded Mexican cheese blend


  1. In a large skillet heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat
  2. Add ground beef, chili powder, garlic salt, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, and pepper
  3. Cook and crumble until cooked through
  4. In a medium skillet, or saucepan, warm nacho cheese, set aside
  5. Lay tortilla on a plate, spread 2 tbsp of nacho cheese in the center
  6. Layer 1/2 cup of ground beef onto nacho cheese
  7. Next add tostada shell and a layer of sour cream
  8. Add a layer of lettuce and tomatoes onto sour cream
  9. Cover with Mexican cheese blend
  10. To fold start with the bottom fold towards center
  11. Fold one corner in, and repeat in a circle, folding as tight as possible
  12. Add remaining olive oil to medium skillet, over medium heat
  13. Place crunch wrap seam-side down onto the skillet
  14. Once golden flip and cook until other side is also golden
  15. Repeat for remaining tortillas
  16. Serve immediately
