Lemon Honey Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Salmon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 Lemon, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and cayenne
  2. In a small mixing bowl combine honey, water, and lemon juice
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  4. Add salmon, fry until golden
  5. Reduce heat, add garlic
  6. Once golden add honey mixture and sliced lemon
  7. Once salmon is cooked, remove from heat
  8. Serve over rice
