Ingredients:
- 1 lb Salmon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 Lemon, sliced
Instructions:
- Season salmon with salt, pepper, and cayenne
- In a small mixing bowl combine honey, water, and lemon juice
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add salmon, fry until golden
- Reduce heat, add garlic
- Once golden add honey mixture and sliced lemon
- Once salmon is cooked, remove from heat
- Serve over rice
