Creamy Chicken Taquitos



  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 oz Cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1/4 Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 6 Tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Oil


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese
  2. Stir in tomatoes, onion, salt, and pepper
  3. Add 2 tbsp of chicken mixture into each tortilla, and roll into a log
  4. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat
  5. Once oil is hot, reduce heat and cook tortillas seam side down
  6. Once golden, turn and cook the other side
  7. Place on paper towel to drain oil
  8. Serve with Guacamole
