Baked Miso Salmon



  • 1 lb Salmon
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, water, oil, garlic salt, and pepper
  2. Place salmon into bowl, marinate for 2 hours
  3. Preheat oven to 425°
  4. Place salmon unto baking dish, cover with foil
  5. Bake for 15 minutes
  6. Remove foil, and cover with 2 tbsp of sauce
  7. Bake for additional 5 minutes
  8. Serve with brown rice
