Garlic Tilapia & Asparagus



  • 4 oz Butter, melted
  • 6 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 lb Asparagus
  • 1 lb Tilapia


  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. In a small mixing bowl combine butter, garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
  3. Place tilapia and asparagus in a single layer on a baking dish
  4. Spread butter mixture thoroughly over tilapia and asparagus
  5. Bake for 13 minutes
  6. Serve garnished with parsley if desired
