Chicken Alfredo Pasta



  • 8 oz Pasta (I used Penne)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/2 Onion, finely diced
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 15 oz Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Parsley


  1. Cook pasta as directed on packaging
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
  3. Add chicken, saute until cooked through
  4. Add onion and garlic, stir until onions become golden
  5. Stir in Alfredo sauce and heavy whipping cream
  6. Once it begins to simmer, add Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and parsley
  7. Stir in pasta, let stand for a few minutes
  8. Serve sprinkled with more parsley if desired
