Parmesan Gnocchi & Shrimp



  • 12 oz Gnocchi
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 1 lb Uncooked hrimp
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Flour (I used whole wheat)
  • 8 oz Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Half & half
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tsp Basil


  1. Cook gnocchi according to packaging
  2. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet, over medium heat
  3. Add shrimp, cook thoroughly, then remove from skillet
  4. Add remaining butter and garlic to skillet
  5. Once fragrant, whisk in flour
  6. Gradually add chicken broth
  7. Once simmering, stir in half & half, Parmesan, and basil
  8. Once thickened, stir in shrimp and gnocchi
  9. Serve garnished with parsley
