Beef & Bell Pepper Gravy



  • 1 lb Beef cubes, cut in half
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Vigeta
  • 2 Bell peppers, any color, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Red wine


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. Add beef, seasoned with salt, pepper, and vigeta
  3. Once beef is golden, add bell peppers and onion
  4. Once beginning to soften, reduce heat to low
  5. Add wine, cover with lid
  6. Cook for 2 hours, mixing every half hour (If wine evaporatescompletely, add an extra tablespoon)
  7. Serve over mashed potatoes
