Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken breasts, halved and sliced
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/2 Onion, sliced into semi thin wedges
- 4 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup Water
- 12 oz Green beans, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and sugar
- Add chicken breasts, and coat thoroughly
- Marinate for 30 minutes
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet, over medium heat
- Add chicken, stir constantly until cooked through
- Remove with a slotted spoon
- Add onions and garlic into skillet
- Once golden, add water and green beans
- Once beans are tender, return chicken into skillet
- Stir until heated through
- Serve with brown rice
