Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Chicken Breasts, sliced in half
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 8 oz Butter
  • 6 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • 1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper
  3. Arrange chicken in a single layer on a baking dish
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
  5. Next add garlic, saute until fragrant
  6. Reduce heat and add rosemary
  7. Pour butter sauce over chicken
  8. Bake for 30 minutes
  9. Spread cheese on chicken and bake for an additional 5 minutes
  10. Let rest for a few moments, then spoon sauce over chicken
  11. Serve with your favorite sides
