Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 4 Chicken thighs, skin on
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Cover chicken thighs thoroughly in olive oil
  3. Season both sides with cumin, paprika, garlic salt, and pepper
  4. Bake for 1 hour
  5. Drain fat, and bake for additional 15-30 minutes
  6. Serve once cooled
