Parmesan Chicken Strips



  • 6 Chicken tenders
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. In a small bowl mix together butter, lemon juice, and garlic
  3. In a separate bowl combine panko, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper
  4. Dip each chicken tender in butter mixture
  5. Then place into breadcrumb mixture, cover completely
  6. Place chicken onto wired baking sheet
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
  8. Flip chicken and bake for additional 10 minutes
  9. Serve with marinara sauce
