Honey Slow Cooker Chicken



  • 6-8 Chicken Thighs
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Water


  1. Place chicken into slow cooker
  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic and sriracha
  3. Pour sauce over chicken
  4. Cook on high heat for 3 hours
  5. Shred chicken, the spoon our onto serving dish
  6. Transfer sauce into a small sauce pan
  7. In a small bowl combine cornstarch and water
  8. Boil sauce, the stir in cornstarch mixture
  9. Once thickened pour over chicken
  10. Serve with brown rice
