Pork Stuffed Triangles



  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Vegeta seasoning
  • 12 Puff pastry squares
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Water


  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Heat a small skillet on medium heat
  3. Add olive oil and onions, saute until golden
  4. In a medium mixing bowl combine pork, onion, paprika, salt, pepper, and vegeta
  5. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  6. Cut puff pastries in half diagonally, into triangles
  7. Place about 1 tbsp of meat mixture in center of each triangle
  8. Fold in half, use fork to seal openings
  9. Place unto lined baking sheet, about an inch apart
  10. In a small mixing bowl beat egg and water
  11. Coat each pastry with egg wash
  12. Bake for 30 minutes
  13. Serve with your favorite soup, or with sour cream
