Italian Dressing Chicken



  • 1 cup Italian Dressing
  • 2 Chicken breasts, sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Onion, sliced
  • 1 Carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 8 oz Chicken broth
  • 4 oz Cream cheese


  1. Heat a large skillet on medium heat, add Italian dressing
  2. In a small bowl mix together flour and pepper
  3. Coat each piece of chicken with flour mixture, add to skillet
  4. Turn chicken once golden
  5. Reduce heat to low, add onions, carrots, and chicken broth
  6. Once chicken is cooked through and carrots are soft, remove chicken and vegetables onto serving dish, leaving only the dressing
  7. Add cream cheese to the skillet, and increase heat to high
  8. once sauce has thickened, pour over chicken pieces
  9. Serve garnished with parsley
