Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas



  • 1/2 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 Red onion, sliced
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 pinch Red pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper


  1. Line bottom of slow cooker with bell peppers and red onions
  2. Place chicken breasts on top
  3. Season with chili powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, garlic salt, and pepper
  4. Cook on low heat for 3 hours
  5. Shred chicken and cook for an additional hour
  6. Serve with Sour cream, cheese, and guacamole
