Creamy Chicken & Potatoes



  • 3 lbs Gold potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp Garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Sour cream


  1. In a large pot, half way submerge gold potatoes with water, add salt
  2. In a large skillet on low heat, braise chicken thighs in olive oil
  3. Once chicken is cooked through, add onion
  4. Reduce heat for potatoes to medium
  5. Once onions turn clear, add garlic salt, pepper, and sour cream
  6. Once potatoes are soft, pour out water
  7. Pour gravy on potatoes, toss to combine
  8. Serve garnished with dill
