Chicken Veggie Yakisoba



  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Chicken Thighs, cut into 1″ pieces
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 Onion, diced
  • 1/4 Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 Carrots, grated
  • 1/2 Broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
  • 6 oz Ramen Noodles
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Sriracha (optional)


  1. In large skillet, heat vegetable oil on medium heat
  2. Add chicken, cook until no longer pink
  3. Add ginger and garlic, saute until chicken is cooked through
  4. Add sesame oil, onion, cabbage, carrots, and broccoli
  5. Prepare ramen noodles as directed on packaging
  6. In a cup mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sugar, and sriracha (if using) until well combined
  7. Once vegetables are cooked through, add noodles and sauce
  8. Stir everything together and let stand for a few minutes
  9. Serve hot
