Tuscan Shrimp Pasta



  • 8 oz Angel hair pasta
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 4 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1lb Uncooked shrimp
  • 1/2 Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 3/4 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups Spinach, chopped
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp Parsley


  1. Cook pasta as directed on packaging
  2. Melt butter in a deep skillet, over medium heat
  3. Add garlic, saute until fragrant
  4. Add shrimp, once cooked through transfer into a bowl
  5. In the same skillet, add onions
  6. Once onions are clear, add tomatoes and cook for about 2 minutes
  7. Reduce heat to medium/low, then add heavy whipping cream
  8. Once simmering add spinach, until wilted
  9. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper
  10. In a cup mix together cornstarch and 1 tsp water, then slowly stir into skillet
  11. Add shrimp back into the skillet
  12. Mix in Pasta, Italian seasoning and parsley
  13. Serve Immediately
