Ranch Cheddar Chicken



  • 6-8 Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Ranch
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (I used dried)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs


  1. In a large bowl mix together mayonnaise, ranch, cheddar, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper
  2. Cut chicken into two pieces, then add to cheddar mix
  3. Let marinate for at least an hour
  4. Preheat oven to 400°
  5. Place chicken unto baking dish, cover with breadcrumbs and extra cheese if desired
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, remove from oil after baking
  7. Serve with your favorite potatoes, and a side salad
